Welcome to the Learning People Student Success update for 15 August 2022 – our regular weekly round up previewing a selection of up to the minute successes, including exams sat, certifications gained, interviews attended, and new positions attained.  

 

Code and software development

Sarah previous Customer Service Advisor experience has joined Saga as a Junior Developer.

 

 

Project management

Cecilia joins SMBC as a Trade Finance Officer after completing all of her PRINCE2 & APM certifications.

Irene is one of the first students Marisha helped get a job when the pandemic hit has now left AI Digital as a Project Manager and joined Jaguar Land Rover as Scrum Master.

Amy, who had an interview for a Programme Support Assistant for NHS HEE Leicester which took place during her holiday in Italy has just been offered the job.

 

IT

Brandon who has a background in IT Support has now completed his Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) certification, and is now joining Spirax Sarco as a Security Analyst.

Joseph changed career 7 months ago from Customer Service Manager to a Junior Penetration Tester. And now after a solid week of interviews and networking has achieved a new role with Sapphire as a Penetration Tester.

Mohammed has just been promoted to Cyber Security Incident Manager from Cyber Security Analyst at Tesco, John has just secured a new Network Management Engineer (Security) contract with Network Rail and Rob is now working for one of his old MSP Clients as a Service Desk Engineer called Wessex IT Ltd.
