Women in tech

Whilst there are a growing number of women in tech roles, we firmly believe there’s still work to be done when it comes to bridging the gender skills gap. That’s why we’ve produced a series of blogs on the importance of encouraging more women into tech, and maintaining women in these tech roles throughout their careers.

Across the IT, project management, and software development industries, women are often in a minority. It’s essential to highlight the different skills and perspectives women bring to tech roles, in order to solve problems and find solutions across a range of different technologies and projects.

Through our virtual and in-person events, to sharing the success of our female students who have found career success in tech, we’re committed to continuing the conversation and inspire more women to take hold of their careers through our digital education.
